Roger Boeker (Class of 1960), Post Commander for the VFW Post 1318 on Lakeside Street, where the annual All-Central Reunion is held, has submitted a short biography of Marion Cranefield, a member of the the Class of 1914 who was killed in action in France during World War I. The VFW facility's namesake is Cranefield, and a copy of the photo shown on the left hangs on an interior wall of the facility.The complete post is in the archives of alumni obituaries published prior to 1990.
